Keyless Entry

Some key fobs feature a dedicated remote engine start button (for example, Ford's key fob has an arrow that is circular and going clockwise) which you must press in order to remotely start your car. Mazdas, for example require you to lock the key first and then press the Start button.
There could be an insufficient or dead battery in your key fob if you aren't able to start your car. The battery of the key fob isn't as strong to send a signal back to the car system.

G28 starts with an alert that reads 'anti theft system active on the dashboard or a warning light flashing with the message 'immobiliser fault'.
